G200 Valve Springs are slightly stiffer than the GX140 Valve Spring and last longer.  Therefore they don't need replaced as often.  These can be used where race series rules permit but are illegal for competitors racing under RATPRO regulations.

Worn springs allow valves to float and pop out of the retaining collet and drop into the combustion chamber with often-disastrous consequences.  Similarly we recommend changing the Intake Valve Retaining Collet at least twice a year for sprint racing and every meeting for endurance.  It is a small price to pay for insurance of your engine.
